Training Regimen

Ok, this is my first attempt at actually writing something down and making myself follow through with it, let me know if everything lines up properly or how you would fix it.. note, most of my exercises are dumbbell becuase thats what I prefer, the machines are nice but are too prissy for me, and there is a lack of deadlifting stuff available..

I am open to changes/criticisms, but don't criticize unless you are going to offer a solution. Ps the weight amount may be off, this is just what I think will be ok, will probably increase the weight after a few weeks and its stable.

thanks :)

body part splits generally suck for natural trainees. you end up training the same bodyparts consecutively and they dont get a chance to recover. its also very taxing on your CNS.

you have an entire day devoted to abs and arms, which is completely unnecessary.

Like many people will tell you, a push/legs/pull split centered around heavy compound movements and low volume will do more for you than a high volume bodypart split. some people can get away with it and do fine, most dont.

how long do they need to recover do you think ?? I figured a day or two inbetween hitting them again should be ok.. should i half them and do 1/2 of them 1 week next week do the other half?

doesn't seem like i'm doing too much which is why.. usually its about 3-4 workouts per session, some days more.. and as for the ab only day.. its because i have so much stuff going on the other days its pretty much an "off" day, and there is a lot of arm to work, different muscles.. i couldn't see merging that with another day w/o having at least 2-3 hours to hit the gym...

i know youre currently bulking, and eating lots of food, you should look into DC (DoggCrapp) training. it seems like something you would be interested in. A search will turn up a lot of info.

yes, search has revealed quite a few things, seems its best to contact the origin and try to get a regimen setup, i will try to contact dante or IH and just tweak what i have until then

my real problem is my gym, is at my apartment complex.. I mean its an upsacle building with a nice gym but thats the problem its "nice" really "high tech" but the low tech best shit isn't there :(
