Training Routine on 12 week Test Cycle

So i've been natural for awhile, here's my routine:

16-20 Sets
generally 8-12 or 12-15 reps depending

Day 1. Chest/Tris
Day 2. Back/Bis
Day 3. Shoulders
Day 4. Legs
Day 5. Abs
Day 6. Calves
Day 7. Rest

Yes I have my own abs/calves day bc I feel like if I train them with supersets or at the end of another workout, i'm already too tired and I don't work them out to the full extent.

So I know you can apparently train a hell of a lot harder on cycle than natural.. Is there a sticky on how to TRAIN on cycle? I found all the other info I was looking for, this is the only missing piece to my formula. Any advice is appreciated!
 
I usually mix up things such as superset, drop sets , hiit, fst7 etc.
but always go with a plan, walking in blindly is something i hate doing.

I just keep in mind that im on cycle and go extra hard in the paint. Get the most out of it...just me.
