I am currently on a low carb diet trying to lose some body fat. I lift 5 days a week, body part a day,in the evening, with fasted cardio 5 days a week at about 35-45 mins in the morning. Do you guys still lift heavy during low carb diets or higher reps. Just trying to get some ideas and suggestions. Thanks
I am not on a cycle yet but will be starting one in couple of months.

I'm actually currently doing fasted training and intermittent fasting (check it out here leangains.com). Definitely lift heavy when trying to lose weight. It increases production of catcheolamines which aid in fat loss. Go to that link I sent you and read up. I love training fasted (as well as cardio), just make sure you ingest a source of BCAA's such as whey protein pre-workout. Also, if you don't wanna go the clenbuterol route, try a compound called Yohimbine. It's super cheap and works very well for stubborn body fat.

I've gotten great results, however I noticed the scale doesn't move as quickly as eating every 2 1/2 hours. It is particularly good for burning stubborn body fat (lower abs/ lower back on men). Read up on that site, you wont be disappointed. Best of luck

Also, try doing a solid incline walk for 1 hour at least 3-5 days a week (7-8 incline, 3.0-3.5 speed). Helps tremendously from my experience
