Training split for my cycle?

So I have 1 cycle of hdrol under my belt. My split was a 5 day split that went like this:
chest/tri/abs,
back/shoulders/bis/traps
off
legs/bis,
chest/tri/abs
back/shoulders/traps
off

I gained good size in shoulders, legs, and traps but my chest and arms didnt progress much. Wound up keeping 12lb. Im starting my superdmz 2.0 cycle august 7th. Will be 4 weeks at 20mg/day. Im trying to bring up my chest and arms (arms in particular). So Im thinking of either doing this split:
chest/tris/abs
hamstrings/calves/biceps
shoulders/tris
back/biceps/traps

quads/calves/mid and posterior delts
back/biceps/traps
chest (upper emphasis)/ back (middle and upper emphasis)/traps
off

or a 5-6 day split where i hit each bp 1x per week. Which is best when on cycle? I heard that 1x per week is better because of the elevation in protein synthesis. Can anybody shed some light?
 
Hit chest and arms twice a wk. ur body will handle it no prob cuz of the ph in your system.

Do one heavy low volume day and one light, hi rep day.

So should I have a separate day for those two parts? Or is it fine as long as I hit them 2x/week with good intensity? Im thinking of doing this:

chest/bis/abs
back/tris/traps
quads/middle and posterior delts/calves
off
chest (upper emphasis)/bis/abs
shoulders/traps
hams/calves
