Im interested in what ur thoughts of a good split is for doing each Bodypart twice a week...
I was thinking along the lines of something that looks like this...
Monday - Chest/triceps/medial and anterior delts
tuesday - legs
Wed - back/biceps/traps/rear delts
thurs - same as mon
fri - same as tues
sat - same as wed
What are your 2 CC's?? and I know already PB....Pling is the way to go....im just intruiged how ppl would setup a more confusing split...
