Training splits...

Im interested in what ur thoughts of a good split is for doing each Bodypart twice a week...
I was thinking along the lines of something that looks like this...

Monday - Chest/triceps/medial and anterior delts
tuesday - legs
Wed - back/biceps/traps/rear delts
thurs - same as mon
fri - same as tues
sat - same as wed

What are your 2 CC's?? and I know already PB....Pling is the way to go....im just intruiged how ppl would setup a more confusing split...
 
nono....you guys are mistaken....i was interested in how someone would set up a split like that...Its not intended for myself lolol...The reason for me asking is because last night i was bored and was looking for the old article about ronnie coleman and it had his entire training split in it...was either FLEX or MD....couldnt find it...so decided to see what u guys thought of it...
 
if you where to do that routine it may work if one day was heavy and the other day was light, more of a recovery day just getting blood into the muscles.
