training video

You made it look like a piece of cake.

Incline? That looked more like a flat bench than an incline. Regardless, impressive!!

I have been looking around my gym for an incline bench that goes down as low as yours and we don't have one. We have the big stationary incline benches where you can't adjust the incline, and we have about 6 adjustable incline benches that are just a little lower than the first one I mentioned. I'm kinda bummed out because I want to take my delts out of my incline chest workout as much as possibal since I tend to always have a tender right delt.

just prop up a flat bench with plates/wood/etc.

other vids were solid too. 500# deads w/ no wraps/belts/straps for reps at 210 is ridiculous.
