Training when off/ training when on.

who does what when on and when off the gear,

I personally subscribe to the 1 bodypart per week regime, warm up sets , 1 main set to failure etc.

I do this regardless of drug intake and maintain a steady strength increase/ plateu when off.

the reason I ask is I have known plenty of guys who do the high volume approach and make great gains while on and shrink like mad when they come off.

For me my regime keeps me on an even keel, what do you guys do?
 
if u train hard when u r on cycle just because u r on cycle, then train like a bitch when u r off cycle u r going to yield less gains. but thats obvious. lol. u gotta push it every day in the gym! no 50% bullshit, i give it 100% everyday im in the gym, regardless if i'm on or off cycle.
