Training while sick

Finished the last day of my 5day split on thursday. Didnt train friday, started to feel that scratch at the back of my throat, took some cold fx, should have just went to bed early that night and that would have beat it, but it was my birthday so i went out and drank and stayed up late, didnt get shitfaced tho. Saturday no sign of improvement, didnt train. Sunday felt like shit, sore all over, hot/cold sweats, went to bed early. Soreness went away kind of on monday, but throat sore as fuck, and today i didnt go to work, but starting to feel a bit better, some congestion and throat still hurts, havent trained since thursday. So i've had 4 days off, not on any AAS, I dont want to take any more time off from the gym cause i know my lifts will start going down very soon. Should i way for the cold to completely clear or can i get back in there now.. or at least do cardio or something?? Thanks. I'm 24 202lbs 6"1 10%bf
 
Im really wondering more if going back to the gym too early is gonna extend the length of my cold which would lead to even more time away from the gym :S
 
Ok I went and did 3 sets of cable crossovers, 2 sets of dumbbell presses, and 2 sets of dips, all at 15-20 reps. walked on the treadmill for 6min. Went in the sauna for 10min. Then for a tan. I don't know if im any better or worse now, didnt have a lot of energy. I'll just eat lots for the rest of the day and try to get to bed around 10-1030.
 
Think long-term here. A fast and full recovery will get you training at full capacity faster than nursing something.
