Hey Everyone,

I'll be traveling/backpacking throughout Europe and Asia for the next 2 months. Anyone have any tips from experience, as I would like to try to stay consistent with my training. I have packed some protein bars, multi vitamins etc and tried to book a few hostels that do have gyms.

I'm not on gear/still a noob, but if anyone has any tips or advice they could share it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Doing that and being on gear could possibly be a waste depending on what kind of workouts you can do. I would bring all of your pct in case you need ot start it early.

I backpacked around Australia for 2 months. I did lots of diff variations of pushups, pullups, dips. often did these workouts in playgrounds. My diet was also strict so I had pretty good results.

I backpacked around Thailand for 2 months. I did similar workouts but diet was poor with excessive drinking and too much carbs and little protein.

so u can prob maintain muscle if u do it right.

Europe has a crap load of golds gyms, see here: goldsgym.com/find-gym and go to international gyms. UK has a bunch as well as asia. Hell, Saudi Arabia even has two.

I have been to many golds gyms throughout my travels, you also will have a high standard of equipment over your typical marriot/hostel gym with a treadmill and a smith machine.

Thats why I pay the 29$ fee so I can always be near a gym no matter what. (plus they do not charge annual fees for that package, etc...)
