Sorry if this questions is "stupid". What exercises should I do for football I want to uncrease my running speed and arm strength. Im only 14 and i am 5'8, 140lbs. Also what is a military press? sorry if theres some internet forum rules im not aware of I am a newbie to the net.
 
You definitly want to get to know plyometric's. A great football oriantated program is the Bigger Faster Stronger program. Run a search on yahoo and you should come up with the program. It will contain things like power cleans which help with exploding movements.
