Trap Lifts

I really need some new lifts to add to my trap routine. I'm open to anything outside the standard shrugs (barbell, dumbell, cable, or seated) and upright rows. Really need to add some variety to my routine. I'm open to anything, whether it be different angles, grips, or whatever. Any ideas guys?

Try some lateral side raises to the ceiling. If u look up monster trap workout on YouTube by six pack shortcut, it shows the exercise. I love it and it works. Something new to throw in the mix

If your gym has a smith machine use it for shoulder shrugs but instead of having the bar in front of you have it behind you and move your feet back behind the bar slightly and lean forward when you shrug then the bar won't hit you in the ass. It's a killer trap workout.
