I am trying to lose bodyfat. I am wanting to know which is better for losing body fat on the treadmill, leveled versus incline position.
I read that incline would definetly work your muscles out more but I can only run half the time that I can on a leveled treadmill.
So is it better to run longer or incline to lose fat faster?
