So I am at 50mg/day Tren Ace, with 140/wk Test. My caloric maintenance is at 3000 and I am currently eating 2700. Plan is to drop a few % bodyfat while retaining muscle. I am in my 4th weeks. Waist is starting to change and tighten up. Traps and shoulders are pumped. Getting lower back pumps in the gym, lol.
Does this seem like the logical caloric approach?
Additionally, What would you all say is "too low" and start losing muscle on Tren. Conversely, How much over before you add fat on Tren?
