tren ace and winnie cycle no progress please help

im 26 5'11'' I weight 220 pounds, not muscle gotta fat belly

on 3-14-14 I started a 1cc every other day of tren ace and
50mg Winnie daily
I cut sugars, I eat fruit by morning and oatmeal, due to work schedule no lunch and either chicken or red meat for dinner
I also work out daily with my buddies that also stack, I know its soon but I feel nothing different. how long should it take also should I add a cycle of test cyp to help with progress. should I try anything else. I feel like I have no energy. please help with any info would be greatful thanks again guys in advance...

Teutonic gave you not just the best advice but the ONLY advice you should consider. This is hands down the worst scenario I have EVER seen. It isn't your fault, you didn't know. Tren is dangerous when you know what you're doing much less to a noob. Winny can kill your joints and is basically useless aside from contest prep. You have a lot of homework to do buddy but first you need to put this gear in a safe place and store it fir later. Let's get this weight under control, get your test started again and hope no permanent damage has been done. I feel really bad for you. Welcome to Ology and please please please listen mate, you need help. Don't panic, just listen and act on advice(that you get from senior guys with rep) and move forward.

It's not a crazy stack. It's a fucking death sentence to your hormones. It doesn't even have test. I'm literally reading this with my jaw on the floor. I want to kick the guy who told him to do this in the teeth. This pisses me off. Too many fucktards out there that give advice when they should go eat a dick and stfu. I'm sorry of my temper offends anyone here but I'm very passionate about this and when people go and give advice like this it offends me.
 
Tren and winny are both liver toxic and absolutely should not be stacked. If you are waking up with a headache or a slight feeling of a hangover that is slow liver damage my friend. Any cycle being ran should be based around test with other aas. You have been given not so good advice. Get some test and tbol for a first time run my brother. Then graduate to the big stuff. And always run test for future runs. I think everyone is in complete agreeance on this thread.
 
thanks guys, whats so crazy is not just one guy but several told me this was good stack cycle that would cut fat and gain muscle and cut me up, I could actually give 2 shits about getting cut. I just want my old body from high school back. thanks again guys for the help its greatly appreciated. please tell me what should I do. ill store away the tren ace and the Winnie, so what should I get now to help me get in shape faster maybe even cut some fat. I know this stuff doesn't work over night but im trying to look my greatest for my wedding in june. again thank you guys for the advice and please keep it coming.
 
Best advice I've got for you is to go over to our diet forum. Read the stickys so you'll start to understand proper dieting. Then get in touch with 3J, he has a nutrition business and IMO is one of the best around. He built my diet for me years ago and I still use it as the blueprint for all meal plans. He can get you squared away on eating then the training will be on you. A great way to shed some fat, if you have the time, cardio twice a day, once early morning before breakfast, once post workout. Keep them both at a brisk walk on a treadmill keeping your heart rate around 120-135 bpm. This is perfect for burning fat but keeping muscle anything beyond that and your body can go catabolic. The early morning cardio is the best, on my body anyways. You need to get that diet in check, solidify your training foundation and give that a year minimum, if you still feel the need to use AAS after that the you've had a year to study and train your body. Also keep this in mind. You want 90% of your carbs to be complex not simple. IE... Wheat, whole grain, oats, potatoes, sweet potatoes, Etc.... Fruit is simple but a good simple, in moderation. I do the eat a white bagel post workout sometimes to get into my system quick. Try and keep any simple sugar you eat in the morning or immediately after workout. Also last meal of the day should be carb-free(this final statement may be controversial as some eat carbs before bed, if you're prone to higher bf like myself, avoid it) hope I helped bud

I think he is now. I could see someone who's buddies think they know it all telling them something like this and feeding off each other then the "new" guy buying into it. It was naive and I think he knows better now and that's why he's here. I believe he thought he was listening to "those who know".

u are 100% correct. thanks again guys. I actually put that stuff up and skiped my cycle today. im actually feeling sick not sure if its just because the weather or because the tren and ace was actually starting to work. lol but anways im gna give it a few days hopefully I feel better, I feel really sick to stomach no appetite and very dizzy, I may have got some in the blood stream yesterday. idk. anyways thanks again man, u probably saved me a lot of bull shit
 
I get a little preachy also when I see idiots act like experts. I'm a novice compared to most of these guys on this board but I'm amazed that I know WAY more than the "gurus" in my gym. Even my former supplier gave out horrible advice. I've been reading on this board for years and I still feel anxious about my choices. I lack practical experience.
