If you want to run tren/test, I suggest you do ED pinning to keep blood levels in control and sides minimal. My personal preference when running tren, is keeping test as low as possible, at TRT if possible. I tried high test and low test and I definitely preferred low. I suggest you start shooting tren ace @ 50mg ED, and as long as you feel sane and fine, keep bumping your dose by 25mg every 3weeks until you reach 100mg. This is the sweet spot for most people. You will definitely make huge strength and muscle gainz at 100mg. If you are bulking, I suggest you throw some fire in your cycle at the beginning by doing 4weeks of SD @20mg ED or 4weeks before the end of your cycle. If you are cutting, throw 50mg ED of masteron propionate 3-6weeks before the end of your cycle, it will give you a nice sharp look.
If your BP is out of control, which wouldn't be a surprise on tren, I suggest you have carditone + coq10+ hawthorne berry, it works wonders. Take them only when needed and discontinue it when your blood pressure is at normal range or optimal.
And make sure you have your PA and AI on hand as well.
I usually have crazy back pumps, taurine will do the job at 5g 30minutes before your workout. I use it only on back and legs day.
I am currently running 120mg tren ED, with 30mg test ed, and SD @ 20mg ED. I have made crazy gains just on trenbolone alone. Every time i bumped my dose on tren, I had a crazy peak in strength.
