HI just wanted everyones input on this. I see alot of guys when doing this excersice keep elbows slightly away from their heads and when extending let the bar just brush their head and then extend up again,
I on the other hand keep my elbows tucked as close to my head as possilbe and extend my arms way behind my head to get a full stretch.
Which way is better or is it a matter of preference?
