was just curious on your thoughts,
34yrs old have done few cycles, been lifting faithfully 5x week for last 4 yrs. went from 155 (4 yrs ago) to 215 on last cycle(1 year ago) haven t had the best diet, was more concerned about bulking. i am currently 195 5'10", about 15% bf to my estimate. my question is: i am starting a cycle of test e 600mg/week 400deca turinabol week 1-4. have slight love handles on my sides. any suggestions on way to rid myself of that? the rest of me is quite solid. should i change diet? or exersize obliques in a certain manner? any info would be greatly appreciated. thax

forgot to mention i have recently started eating much cleaner, (diet i got off of here)was curious how long it actually takes to get rid of these

you should change your diet.

excercising obliques wont help you get rid of them since there is no such thing as spotburning of fat. however it will help you get good muscles there wich always looks nice.

post up your diet and we can help you change.

its in your diet but you also gotta be burning off the fat with a little bit of cardio.

i would say a lotta bit of cardio. as in you should be doing it right now and every waking moment you spend in the gym when not lifting. minimum 1hr/day..

and there are no words that can express how severe a role your diet plays in your results. if you want to discipline yourself, theres the true test. discipline your diet and your workouts will be easy compared to that.

best of luck!
