Ok starting off week 3..Currently 173 LBS, I ate like total shit yesterday..I had my carbs too low, to the point i was dying at the gym and feeling a little sick feeling, so yesterday I loaded lol. This morning woke up started my Forma yesterday, had some back pumps today..Drank alot of H20 and threw in some Taurine, and boom, I'm healed . Even with eatig below maintenance this is def a wet coumpound. Very good for a recomp but not for a cut cycle. No other issues what so ever.

Acne-00-Not one pimple so far
Strength-4 Bench 85 lb dumbbells today for every chest set without a spot no issues..Used to requite spots on last sets
Libido-4 Through the roof
Feeling of well being- 4, my temper is up a bit other than that, feeling great!

Just checking in..I have not lifted in 3 days. I took a day off followed by 2 days of cardio..I have some nasty tendinitis in my wrist Any idea of what i can do to ease the pain? Of course the norm, motrin..it messing my range of motion up pretty bad. I intend to do legs tomorrow and maybe try chest again on MOnday..Ill keep you all posted.

When my tendinitis flares up in my shoulder, I have to stop lifting on it unfortunately :( Motrin helped a lot but gotta watch that when you're already using orals. Maybe after pct you should do an extended de-load or a week or two off.
 
Well shitty luck!!! Sitting at the drs now it appears I tore something..no lifting anything for 2 wks and have to take prednisone for a wk..so I wl stop half way through this run ..begin pct today and recommence once I am healed..if not improved within 5 days I go in for an MRi...sorry to all those following :(
 
shit bro I feel for you, was a great run log too. Hopefully its nothing to serious..

Thanks Nick!! Im pretty upset, was getting some very good results and now I have no idea how long ill be out of the game. As soon as I heal up I will begin another Log to complete this one..Maybe throw in something else as well
 
Man that sucks bro. Sorry to hear. It's always disappointing to get sidelined during a good cycle. It happened to me over the summer when I had to have tendon surgery 3 weeks into my cycle.

Hope you have a speedy recovery, and nice job up to this point for what its worth :)
 
Thanks for the kind words..started a min pct today..have one day short of a full bottle left..will heal and come back at it like a freight train soon
