Trouble calculating dosage vs cc

I am taking HGH frag and it comes in 5mg vials. To get 500mcg dosage I should mix 2cc of sterile water, to one vile? That would make 0.2 cc dosage of 500mcg?

Yes sir.....5mg is 5000mcg. You could add 1cc if you wanted and use 100iu slin pins, draw 10iu for 500mcg or 1/10 of your 5000mcg solution. I like the slin pins because they are very accurate when drawing small amounts.

Just double that for ever cc over one.
