TRT dose of Test and a little Deca kick - need to up my AI and / or test?

I'm on a TRT dose of Cyp - 60mg E3.5D with .25 Adex E3.5D as well. I'm not a big guy (~160lbs) so this stuff tends to affect me more than some of the brutes out there. Last bloods by total T trough (on injection day but before injection) was ~1150.

I've acquired Deca and have been taking it slow in order to determine how it affects me. I inject Deca on the same days as Cyp. Just increased Deca dosage from 60mg a week to 120mg a week. I know this is a really small dose, but like I said, this stuff hits me harder due to my (lack of) size.

Question
1. I've read that Deca should be taken in the ratio of 3:2 (Test to Deca) due to Deca being a stronger compound. I'm currently taking at 1:1 - is this OK?
2. Will Deca amortize? In other words, should I up my AI?

Ratio doesn't matter.

Yes, Deca aromatizes. Perhaps about at half the rate as Test.

Where does .25mg of Adex currently put your E2. Need to know that to be able to provide a recommendation.

What he said. But wha was your reason for adding in the deca? Joint pain or just cause you had it?

Mega, when he gets his E2 tested, is a basic test ok or does he need the sensitive test? What's the difference? I need to go get mine done but have normally just gone off the reading given by the female hormone panel.

Last bloods my estradiol was 55 pg/ml. At that time I was on .125 of AI at time of injection (E3.5D) or .25 of AI per week.

I upped my AI to .25 E3.5D but have not yet had bloods.

Why Deca? My right elbow has been very sore for a while now (2-3 months). I tried Osteo bi-flex with vit D - It helped out some other minor joint issues I was having but nothing for my right elbow. And hey, Deca is good for adding muscle mass too right? I'm training hard 5X a week and eating very clean - carb cycling & high protein.

Not Mega, but it really just depends. A sensitive assay will give you an exact reading. A Regular assay can overstate the actual value by 10-20pg/ml, so you kind of just get a ball park value... but Regular is fine unless you're fine tuning. Something to note though depending on the lab/testing method used Nandrolone can give falsely elevated readings for E2 & TT.

Nandrolone will really only mask the pain. Don't expect a miracle cure from it.. be careful and make sure you're not lifting too hard/pushing it just because you don't feel the pain. That's a good way to make things worse.

Are you sure about the false E2 reading? I thought Deca only affected TT readings. Tren affects some E2 readings.

Umm, no, not sure. I gathered that from the thread you posted containing Rips post below:

Pretty sure I've made a few posts about this already but yes - the ECLIA method used by Lapcorp causes false elevations in both test & e2 levels.
These false, or excessive, elevations are caused by nandrolone metabolites - in your case NPP.

I may have misunderstood though. I think he meant the ECLIA method can cause false elevations to both, not Nandrolone specifically. My bad! Good catch mate :)

Interesting.. So Deca will cause false high TT readings? I'm on TRT and go in every 90 days for bloods so will need to account for this.

If you open the study they only are testing the Testosterone ECLIA assay and then make the statement that it can give false-high readings when Nandrolone is present.
