TRT, first blood work results are in!

Strong Man

Over Train
TRT protocol is 100 mg of testosterone cypionate EW with no AI or hCG.
Bloodwork was drawn approximately 46 hours after injection. Looks like my estrogen is in check without any AI :wiggle:

Would like to hear some input from you guys.
Red blood cell count is a little High should I worry about donating yet?
So my total testosterone was 1010 NG/DL is that a good peak? It will be interesting to see my through/low point of total testosterone this week. I will post bloodwork again this week when I get the results.

Edit. I'm trying to post my blood work but it's not appearing. I'm not sure if I can post images from my iPad.

As far as I know you need to donate when your hemoglobin/hematocrit gets high, not when your RBC is high. Feel free to donate, people need blood; it saves lives. Medically you don't need to.

RBC hemoglobin and hematocrit are usually closely correlated in a normal blood profile, because RBCs make up the bulk of blood solids.

If RBC is high but hematocrit is not, it could indicate that you have a high proportion of immature red blood cells. Usually MCV will be then also be low.

If RBC or hematocrit is high but hemoglobin is not, it could signal an iron deficiency. MCH may also be low in that case.

Thanks for the input. Have you seen someone's blood work with estrogen this low on TRT? Funny thing is my estrogen was actually higher 22.1 before I started HRT. Lol I remember years ago when I did a 500 mg of test e per week I crashed my E2 just taking .25 twice a week. I'm not sure why my body doesn't aromatize much do estrogen but hey I'm not complaining.

Edit: also what do you think about my peek at 1010 ng/dl?

Everybody different. I kinda have the same results as you. I can run 500/wk and my e2 is 18 with no ai. I was off and it was 20. I guess we may be considered lucky.

I can't say that I have... that test isn't very accurate at the lower end of the range, so your 14 vs. 22 might be within the margin of error.

1010 is probably close to ideal if your doc is ok with it.

I wouldn't change anything until the next test. I would donate blood now to make sure you're eligible so you can make contingency plans in case you're not. Also it's better to stay ahead of the curve on hct.

Yes we are. What does your diet look like? I'm just wondering if diet could influence estrogen at all because I know one other person that has a similar diet to mine and they don't have estrogen problems either on AAS. Diet could have nothing to do with it but you never know since eating a proper diet can help boost a natural males testosterone.

I'm not one of those guys that counts macros but I do eat often and I eat very clean. I might have one cheat meal a week but other then that I'm pretty strick. It's funny cause I enjoy all the good stuff. Nuts poultry some red meat dairy potatoes list goes on. I will eat majority of my stuff plain no seasoning salt all that other stuff.
