TRT first labs after 12 weeks

I got my first set of labs after 12 weeks of trt 200mg eow. My nipples were puffy so Im taking .25mg adex 2x per week. Looks like I have low free T4. I also asked to be switched to weekly injections.
Total T 492 range 249-836
Estradiol 17 range 8-43
SBGH 13 range 14-48
Free T4 0.8 range 0.8-1.5

Your estradiol is too low.

If you would switch to injecting more frequently you probably would not require an AI. Try 50mg every 3.5 days instead of your current protocol.

Yes I noticed that it was low. I will back if the AI. I'm planning to inject more frequently. I'm also adding 400iu hcg 2x week so I'm keeping the AI on hand.
