TRT, Nebido, 25yo. bloodwork

Making this short.

Low libido, worse erections, and weaker ejaculations! Likewise I feel great 4-5weeks after the injection, and then start to decline into a depressed state of mind. Symptoms such as low motivation, no energy, tired, tired eyes, brainfog, worse sleep and a groggy mood!!! I am not sure that i can continue on TRT/Nebido if doctor does not listen, at week 6 i feel so horrible just like i did before starting TRT and if the "protocol" is not customized for my needs/symptoms I will discontinue as I am not 80years old, and i am not fund of the rolorcoaster tycoon party bug "Up,down,up,down"

I have recently called my endo and said that I felt alittle off! I then called again and he was not there, 3weeks have passed and i have called many times! Nothing...... I have an upcomming exam and likewise work abroad in German "related to fitness"
As for now i am left in a state of horrible tiredness, lack of motivation, and worse sleep....
- Their time drinking coffe, being on holidays is my time in suffering, waiting, and lack of life. Heck i survived TC i deserve to live a life without hazzle...

Oh yeah.. TRT brought my life back, the energy, the drive, the muscle, the hair and so many other things! But i just crash so hard along the way! Im on second injection week 7 now

Docs office!
1: injection 1-6weeks
1-4 i felt amazing. 5-6 i felt like crap " levels were meassured at 15nmol wich is my starting point " and i feel horrid here... HORRID

2: injection
1-4 feel anourmously good. 5-6 i start to fade away, unsocial, no fun, motivation, and overall tired.
I am now at week 7 "dead-man walking"

I believe doc prescribed me nebido every 9th week.... wich does seem alittle to far for frequency?
Really i dont understand the up and down period with nebido? Are we suppose to land at 1200 then drop to 300..
Idd assume an endo would have knowlagde to keep levels within 1200-800

So how many mg are you taking once every 9 weeks?

Sounds like you need to just inject more frequently. Perhaps once every 4 weeks would be better. And you wil have to get blood work to see what your TT is at.

Have you considered asking for Cypionate or Enanthate so that you can do self-injections at home? Just explain that it ia inconvenient and expensive to keep going in for injections.

Nebido is 1000ml of undeconate ester. within that its 670mg active testosteron
that means 670mg of testosteron for 10~ weeks it spikes after 4-6days and then steadily declines over 5weeks! Looking at my bloodwork i see that LH and FSH are increasing as the testosteron plasma decreases "week-6" this should point out to the doctor that my body is running low hence the need to try produce itself.... Oh yeah forgot to mention that they actually want to give nebido every 12weeks??????????

I am going to ask for Nebido every 6th week.
Or i am going to ask for Test E / Test C at 120mg EW... This should by all means be logical for him? Btw, this endo works at the major hospital here in Denmark! Its not a small place.....

I fear that they are actually treating me with TRT as if am 80years of age. God i almost fear that i have to get signatures to back up what im saying... haha

100mg of test per week is a pretty conservative TRT dose. Another option would be to double the dosage. But more frequent injections would still be helpful regardless of the dosage.

With nebido you need to start with more frequent injections, like every 4 weeks, but when it builds up you can go to every 6 weeks. At the end, all depends on the bloodwork.

As for the nebido... I think you are spot on! Instead overdose and then slowly adjust the frequency, rather then leaving me more castrated then i allreaddy am. I will bring this up with him tomorrow if I can get my hands on him.

Well you are getting about 1 gram every 10 weeks. So up it to 2 grams every 10 weeks. Or 1 gram every 5 weeks would be even better.

I'm on 1000mg/4ml every 4 weeks OP...

I've started to split this to 500mg/2ml every fortnight - it just makes sense!

Although I can't tell you how I feel on that right now - as I'm on a blast.

Worth a try though.

judging from my bloods it would seem that every 5th week would be the best option for me! If doc does not agree, i will speak about going on test E/C 2 times per week with a weekly dosage of 130ish... If he still does not approve, i think i will have to self medicate as the up and down tornado really does not fit me well... I have to perform in school, work, fitness so on 35nmol to 15nmol thats just unnormal...

I obt for nebido every 5week.

why would they recommend injections every 12weeks! might work for a goat, but for a human being under the age of 100 i see no possiblity in stable hormone levels?

I have been swiped off the 5 times i have called within 3weeks, yet not been recalled by doctor! Tomorrow im going for blood, then ill bump past his office and say its a no go to further way as i have a FREAKING EXAM i have to pass likewise buisness

EU protocol is to start the patient on a 12 week frequency, and then lower it slowly through regular blood testing - so don't take it personally.

TRT is still very 'new' to Europe - you'll find we are way behind the U.S. guys with their protocols.

Having said that, I am EXTREMELY happy with Nebido now tht my protocol is finalised. I went through what you are going through. Initially 12 weeks, then 10, then 8, then 6 and now 4 weeks. You just have to play the game. Your blood tests won't lie, and hopefully your doctor will be like mine, and listen to how you are feeling.

I am finding many of the U.S. guys now envy the fact that I only have to inject a fraction of the amount of times they do to achieve the same results.
One of the experienced members on here is a big Nebido fan and thinks it's the future of TRT. So don't be too quick to flame it.

Spoke with doc today! He has approved that I can get my injection tomorrow.
So far an 6 week interval between injections, wich seems fitting.. Guess when the undeconate kinda reaches plasma over time i will be cruising at about 35-40nmol and 20nmol before reinjection! I find this accepting

He also stated that he believes nebido as far as TRT is bad! If following the orginal protocol of 12/14weeks it spikes and drops leaving patients in a hazzard of trouble. Test e/c you inject frequently and thats it, its a pain in the ass but atleast you get stable levels!

He also mentioned that my Lh/Fsh are 0 at week 5... So basicly im shutdown.

Libido still isent beasty, or anything near what it once was! The sensation has also decreased and ejaculation has weakened... I believe this is due to low LH/FSH? Any thing that can be done about it?

1st injection nebido kicked in after one week and was great week 2-3, i got a new at week 4.
2nd injection kicked after one week and on the 2nd week my test was 26nmol(10-30). And my est was 179(40-160). I could feel pain in my legs from est. Week 4 i got a new injection.
3rd injection nebido first week i felt good from 2nd injection and on 2nd week my test was 38nmol(10-30) and est was 172(40-160). Im on week 4 now and feel strong so my depot has filled up. I will probably take injection week 6 to stay in 10-30 range and i will stabilise with Testim testosterone gel to keep test from going down to far before next injection. I can strongly recommend using Testim to stabilise your test until Nebido does it for you.

I disagree... Gels are awful, avoid them at all costs.

Risk of transferrence to loved ones is high, and oestrogen levels fluctuate massively whilst using them.

Beg your doctor to look at changing the injection frequency rather than topping up with gels.

Stick with the Nebido OP - I have no peaks and troughs now, every day is the same - it just takes a while for it to reach steady state in the body. I only started to feel good after about 5/6 months.
