trt question dehydrated on trt

hello i've been on testosterone for 3 years and if i don't drink water everyday lots of water 1/2 to 3/4 gallon just in the morning just to start feeling half way decent! what the hell could this maybe be also anytime my testosterone rises just slightly the test binds up and stops working, exemestane seems to make it work again thrue shbg mechanisms i guess but i went from injecting 70mg e3d to 50-60 e3d and the crap still giving me problems are my adrenals fried do i have diabetes HELP!!!!!!i did good for several months after getting on injections taking 60-70 mg e3d now i take 60 and it just stops working unless i take exemestane to turn it back on but if i keep taking that it gives me arthritis in my fingers i guess i have no choice but to try 40mg e3d of test for now any input?advice would be greatly appreciated big time i don't know why i didn't get on these forums a long time ago

The obvious place to start: have you done any blood tests and what do they show?

also could it be possible that these test vials i get from the pharmacy could be a few more mg more potent than normal cause then that would explain alot this last vial i got from cvs is watson last was west ward pharmaceuticals and it seems to be a little stronger when i inject 60 mg it seems like it's more. Or is it just in my head that could be the reason why it keeps binding up on me for me testosterone doesn't work for me at any kind of high doses if i take a little too much it stops but i've never had prob lems at 60mg e3d

money issues that's why i'd figure i'd give this a try so that maybe i could POSSIBLY identify the problem and test like adrenal cortisol diabetes, instead of 50 different hormones costing me several hundred dollars i mean if i have no choice i must go that route but somebody experienced in this field just hopefully might be able to help me know what i might be

without bloodwork this is all blind guessing..

i dont see what trt has to do with your dehydration
