im 27 and debating on just starting pct after next cycle. What are the negative health risks of starting trt? I wonder if coming and off and messing with these PCT meds are worst for us then just doing trt. Plus I wont lose as much of my gains and might even cycle less. Thoughts? My dad had prostate cancer and quadruple bypass.

I look at it this way: cycling is eventually going to lead to low T even with good recovery. Low T has a ton of known health issues and people who live with it do not live as long as those getting treatment.

If you're purely comparing regular test levels with TRT users, I'm not sure.. though again, it's hoping for the best-case scenario to expect your levels to stay in normal range in the long-term.

As for cancer, there's not much of a link there either Testosterone Replacement Therapy & Prostate Cancer Detection : William Llewellyn, Sports Nutrition Scientist

The results for the total testosterone level were in line with many other recent studies; no relationship was found between higher testosterone levels and prostate cancer. The only association with testosterone and prostate cancer was in hypogonadal (clinically low hormone levels) men.

Hopefully someone else has some sources more specific to the PCT drugs themselves, I've only seen opinions about how they seem to stress the body.

What is your baseline testosterone level? Once you are on TRT you will NEED your testosterone fix for the rest of your life. Some people claim they have restarted production, but the longer you are on the worse the prognosis is for good recovery. TRT can substantially improve your life if you really need it, but it will also make you a slave to the needle.

Its a life long choice, if u sre talking abot blasting and cruising without getting bloods done its a total different topic but will lead u down to never fully recovering the longer u stay on using the blsst and cruise theory
