I just got 300 g of cee and 1 lb of taurine from true protien. I am currently on cell tech but I want to switch over to this stuff asap. my questions are, how do I switch? How much cee and taurine do I take per day? per serving? and what kind of gains can I expect working out six days per week on a sports specific program? I get a pretty good pump from cell tech and amino's, will I get a better longer pump from cee and taurine or should I add some no2 also?
