Hows it going? My name is Crash. I am 43. 6 ft 202lbs. I am in the industrial construction field and am considering a cycle . I have no medical history with any major injuries . I've always had a strong back. looking on the forums, I haven't found any threads on here that are age related. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Bro, I'm 43 next month. I've been cycling on and off for many years. Age is a number. As long as you get a physical and blood work done there's nothing wrong with getting started now. Make sure your educate yourself before you start. Post your goals and your questions. There's many bets on this forum that can help put you in the right direction. Welcome to the forum bro. P s, I work construction as well and it makes easier when I'm on a cycle lol.

Welcome u old timer !
I m 52; my avatar is current. To old for what ?

Give a specific goal----to do steroids to improve what ?

I m willing to bet as you work physically for a living you are not a "slouch" looking couch potatoe but rather built like a long shoreman ?

What is your bodyfat ? Are you athletic or were you ? Are you familiar w weight training to increase strength size and or both as pursuing one will yield the other to varying degree s.

I understand people s reluctance to post avatar s of themselves or attach photo s but it s much easier to advize when we see the clay you want to mold from it s present shape to where you d like it to be, savvy ?

You will hear this 100 times so----bloodwork is almost madatory at your ( our) age as aas can and will skew certain values..more so on us old guys than younger one..or ather, their skewings potential damage is more likely harder to recover from at our age.

Do you drink-at all ?
Smoke? ( I do..8-10 a day) since I was like 12. lol kidding..since I was 26 in grad school; I used them excessively to cut weight for power meets which was my initial motivation for aas use at waaaaay to young an age.

Answering some of the pertinent q s will greatly assist members in advising you; however post up some blood values or a recent draw..you may qualify for trt.

thanks my friend. I have been navigating around but cannot find where to upload pics. In my 30's i ended up spending almost 6 yrs paying a debt to society. Inside is where I started working out. I had some amazing and knowledgeable work out partners that really got me in the best shape of my life. the last 9 years however, I have been bouncing around job to job not really settled. But like you said I had the physicality of my work keeping me going. But I got into supervision about 3 years ago and that took me to even longer days and no real physical work. And with the long hours and bouncing around every other month, i couldn't really commit to a routine. Plus most the little towns wouldn't have a short term membership gym. Im at a decent job now that is more long term. Ive got a nice Olympic weight set. But the last few months haven't shown me much result. I do smoke probably a pack a day. I keep my drinking down to just Saturday. I'm not big on working with hangovers. No soda pop. Lots of chicken and steak in my diet. Protein. no deserts. Im not sure of my body fat. I know that there are a couple gyms here and I could probably go inquire and find it out. I'm not a super athlete. The last 6 weeks I've been running 3 times a week. I go with a fairly big girl so we usually run a while then speed walk.
My interest in a cycle is to fill back out. Bulk up, and look good again. I notice my chest starting to sag a little. And I've really brought down my gut the last couple months. IoIl don't know If this is a mid life crisis or if Im being over critical of myself but like I said . Hitting these weights the last few months, haven't got me very much result.

GP.Say your lethargic, have ed no drive or energy....bw ordered.
Go to setting s and profile under your nameand follow instruction s for avatar...up load pics etc

Are you really that old? Man don't hang it up because as far as I have experienced there is no limiy. I'm 63 and doing a cycle right now. Just to show you go read my new thread titled " Starting another cycle # ??

AS you get older you have to consider injuries and overall health condition and know you have some realistic limits on ranges and stamina.

Listen to all of what Teutonic and Megatron said I their posts. Go easy, educate before you medicate and read the sticky's as you come in on the forum. Good luck

Spent some time behind the walls myself bro. Like you said, get to reading, learn your diet, get your routine down and in the mean while read up on cycling.
