I need advice on losing weight generally in my legs and butt, I am slender in all other areas of my body, but just can't seem to tone up those areas, any suggestions? Thanks
I do plenty of cardio, about 45 min/4 times a week already.......no luck
minor weight lifting, I have 3 small kids anddo plenty of lifting.@ home.
Just met with a trainer at the gym yesterday for a free evaluation, and I was told that I am surprisingly strong. I'm 29, 5'4 weight 115 and I do have a terrible diet, not eating enough and poor food choices ( cookies can be a weakness) diet I know is very important, I was just hoping for a guideline of what I can do with diet and excercise and supplements.
