I need advice on losing weight generally in my legs and butt, I am slender in all other areas of my body, but just can't seem to tone up those areas, any suggestions? Thanks


I do plenty of cardio, about 45 min/4 times a week already.......no luck

minor weight lifting, I have 3 small kids anddo plenty of lifting.@ home.:insane:

Just met with a trainer at the gym yesterday for a free evaluation, and I was told that I am surprisingly strong. I'm 29, 5'4 weight 115 and I do have a terrible diet, not eating enough and poor food choices ( cookies can be a weakness) diet I know is very important, I was just hoping for a guideline of what I can do with diet and excercise and supplements. Thanks again

i think you just said it your self. your diet is bad. contact 3J and set up a meeting with him to get a diet plan set up.

Diet, lifting and cardio all need to be on point to reshape your body. Post up your current stats and what your current diet is. Be specific, list everything that you eat and drink at each meal along with amounts.
