Two weeks into test e cycle?

Hi im just wondering if it is normal to be two weeks (4 jabs) into my test e cycle 500mg p/w, and have absolutely no changes to report soo far. I no its very soon however i have heard of some people having gains of upto 8lbs in their firzst two weeks whereas i have gained nothing.
FYI my diet is perfect, high protein , high carbs, over 300 carolies p/d.

i have read that it can take that long to kick in however i thought it may be normal to gain even 2 o3 3 lbs, put iv had none lol

AAS work best in a calorie rich enviroment. It s to late to do a lean bulk ( no such thing) eat everything in sight, train like a powerlifter...compound movements deads squats and bench, military. Ancillaries..4-8 sets max

Ancillary movements if your looking for lots of weight/strength burn off precious glycogen and all your essential s minerals. They re small muscles..why make em smaller..heavy, hard short duration.

4-5 working sets of bench..heavy. 5-8 reps. 2-3 set s flyes 1-2 weighted dips to failure at 8-12
next
6-8 sets tri s heavy as hell..done for the day maybe some calves..eat like a viking, sleep like a bear.
Overtraining is like undereating
Food, training rest gear .

I m in and out in 1 hour unless I bullshit between body parts. 2 hour s in the gym you rer either running your mouth or going catabolic through 12 sets of bi s or 18 sets of back..or some thing like that.

Great advice, Teutonic. I see quite a few guys in the gym when I get in there and they're still there when I leave after an hour or so. Talking to people between their endless sets of flyes or curls.

I think you mean...3000 calories per day?? Not 100% sure based on what you typed. Either way don't say high protein and high carbs....how much? Whats your age, body weight..experience...etc. Also really try to write down and add up what your eating everyday. Think of food as gear and EAT!
So many many many guys think they are eating enough and they are not. Since I don't know your stats I can't say. But even without knowing I would say since you havn't gained even 1 lb then increase your intake by 20% or 25% and as you grow you will need more for each pound you gain.

2.5 weeks in I wouldn't expect much on Test-e Those guys that are putting on size that early on test-e only is most likely water weight that early on. Are you taking anything for an AI?

Nothing wrong with a short chat between sets, but the ten minute conversation before your next squat just cools you down and makes things more difficult.

And it pisses off the guy waiting for a squat rack when you're super setting a couple exercises (half squats, dumbell curls, calf raises) at 5:30pm on a weekday and going for a walk between sets.

Sorry. Recent issue with a guy at the gym. Instead of saying something and causing a scene, I just sat at the bench next to the rack and kept my eye on him every time he walked back to it.

I am always in the gym for roughly 1.5 - 2 hours 6 days a week. But I hit a lot each day

1]Pecs, Back, Traps.

2]Ceps and Delts

3]Legs

Repeat

Day 7 Rest

I almost hate that routine now. Damn it gets to ya.
