as stated in numerous thread and posts of mine, i work for a sanitation company... i work the left side of the truck which leads to me using my left arm to drap/dump cans all day, and although i am right handed, my left upper body is more defined and bigger than my right. my left trap and bicep is noticably bigger (to me at least, cus i stare at myself in the mirror sometimes...like you dont!!!) and it freaks me out sometimes..
i try to do a few extra sets with just my right side on my shoulder/bicep days, but its not working to well...
any suggestions on how to balance besides switching sides of the truck??? (my co-worker hates the left side and is senior to me so i have to work it)...
