Decline bench isn't going to do anything for gyno, and its not going to burn localized fat.

agrees decline would help target that area also i like standing/seated or even incline low cable fly's.

I found my little mistake and made the correction. We all make grammar mistakes, but this is your first language and it seems that you skiped school very often right? or you are just a little slow :dumbass: Have you seen your posts lately?
 
If its truly calcified gyno you have to cut it out of there. Lifting a weight does not spot reduce fat, muscle tissue does not derive energy from fat without the body breaking it down, and the body controls where and when it prefers to pull fat from.

But there is a good chance you dont even have gyno. If you have a little fat under your nipples then its probably just chest fat.
 
i have fat in an akward place.its at my upper back and kinda in my armpit to the botton of my chest how the hell do you get rid of it?cardio?if so how much?

cierto...anyways kid i was just fuckin around and i wasnt bashing you foo, im cuban...lighten up man...and about your question decline bench is good but i really like doing chest dips.
