Understanding blood work?

I (27, M) recently received blood work results and I am having trouble understanding if they warrant any followup with my family doc.

TSH - 1.95 (0.30-5.60) MIU/L
Free Test - 26.8 (15.6-146) PMOL/L
LH Serum - 3.6 (1.2-8.6) IU/L
FSH Serum - 1.4 (1.3-19.3) IU/L

My FSH Serum number is clearly low. I am having trouble making sense of whether or not my free test number is a problem as any of the reference ranges and anecdotes I find online seem to reference total testosterone and in different units of measurement. Do I need a total testosterone value to make any sense of this? This all came about after I went in complaining about a decline in muscle mass and strength as well as increased lethargy and fatigue relating to physical activity. Any advice or insights would be appreciated.

Thyroid (TSH) looks good.

Free T is on the low side but we do need to see Total Testosterone to be able to tell if you have hypogonadism. Make sure you get the blood test done first thing in the morning. Wouldn't be bad to pull LH and FSH again as well. Check Prolactin too if you can afford it.

Total Testosterone needs to be looked at. Free T is not enough to diagnose low T. Looking at these lab ranges are very familiar. This guy has to be canadian....
Am I right?
I can name the lab too....
Wanna see?

I am Canadian. Should I be concerned about having tests done at the same lab when I go in for the followup?

I know this lab. I need not mention their name openly. I have gotten screwy results from them in the past.
I have always gotten higher estradiol levels off that lab.
I know it has to be them cause I would re-repeat the lab elsewhere and estradiol would be % 40 lower and with the SAME T level and in the SAME week as well.

Also...
Their T levels for coming back low are 180 ng/dl. You would have to come back below that low to be technically below range. Other labs are 220 ng/dl and up for T range. I would not go near that lab if you want a doc to look at you seriously for treatment.
There's guys I know that came back 186 ng/dl on that lab and endos sent them on their way saying have a nice life and that they are normal.

The other labs have Free T ranges of 31-94 pmol/l for males.
You could have 15.6 on that other lab and be considered "normal" when you are more than 50% below the other labs bottom range of hypogonadal.
