Do self injections. They are easy and it gives you more control over your TRT protocol. It would be incredibly inconvenient to have to go in for injections the rest of your life.
There is a TRT clinic nearby that runs insurance. I had them check my UHC plan and it was not covered. It might have been if I went through my primary physician, however.
Insurance policies are not cookie cutter, if you have insurance through your company then there might be some treatments excluded in order to get pricing down.
They like paying less so much they stopped covering my arimidex ($5 more). My doctor appealed. Insurance company had one of there goons I mean doctors try to tell my gp why I don't need arimidex. This is after we gave them labs that show my e2 at 58.
