Quick update:

I was seen by a doctor, he ordered a hypogonadism panel, having trouble making sense of my results.

*UPDATED NEW TEST RESULTS*

IGF-1 | 109 - 472 ng/ml | 495 ng/ml

Dihydrotestosterone | 0 - 533 pg/ml | 146 pg/ml

Prolactin | 3-30 ng/ml| 4.4 ng/ml

The results are as follows (Test was done around 3 PM in the afternoon):

LUTEINIZING HORMONE: 4 mlU/ml
FOLLICLE STIMULATING HORMONE: 3 mlU/ml
DHEA-S: 3437
SHBG : 19 nmol/L
FREE TESTOSTERONE-CALCULATED: 10.54
ESTRADIOL: 3 ng/dl
TESTOSTERONE LEVEL: 406 ng/dl (My first test was done at around 11 AM and levels were at 253 ng/dl, not sure how this adds up)

What do you guys think?

You need to have these labs run first thing in the morning after waking up. Your TT lelevels fluctuate throught out the day. They are highest in the morning. So repeat the labs. You also need to include reference ranges as each lab is different.

I had supressed my T levels when.younger too.. That all comes back he had prescribed me anagel.. Which i was getting those for $5 a piece.. Ended up with 20 of them.in.my inventory.. Sold them for $30 a pop and bought a correct pct and then.used the.left overs to get a huge cycle.. I dont recommend that for u.. Ur young..

Just to address a few things:

I believe my doctor did this test to mainly test all the other parameters except testosterone. Testosterone just happens to be on the panel and so that's why it have it. My first test was done around 11 in the morning. I'll post the reference ranges shortly as I'm on my mobile. I was just kinda stunned how my T levels have seemed to gone up in the afternoon compared to the first test.

You need to be treated for ASIH

Why? I've never used any anabolic substances.

Have you ever used pro hormones? Could be idiopathic hypogonadism.

Holy DHEA-S batman! You have any history with adrenal problems? I foresee some cortisol tests in your future.

UPDATE with new results:

Prolactin | 3-30 ng/ml| 4.4 ng/ml

No history of Adrenal problems. The DHEA-S never came with reference ranges, is that high?

Average upper limit for your age is 457 ug/dL. Granted, we don't know the range for this particular lab - but unless they are using 10x ng/dL, that's damn high. What has your doctor said about this?

Meet with him next week, just trying to gauge where I was at. I do find it odd, again, that it never came with any reference levels. I guess I'll just have to wait for that one. What do you think of the elevated IGF-1, linked to the adrenal glands?
