Aas are jist accusatiins i dont see them having the right to test unless he has priors that have to do with it. Narcotics is another subject and that they would test
Guess it depends on each state then, in NYS they take it serious - and any allegations are investigated to be sure the other parent is not lying.
I had a friend in the exact situation and he assumed the court would not test for AAS, well they did and he failed of course. They took his rights then and there and the judge basically called him a monster and said he would snap and kill his kids. He had to jump thru a ton of hoops over the next 2 years, went to rehab and everything just to get any type of visitation back.
The issue is the bad stigma AAS gets in the media, all the shit that happened in the WWE many years ago still sticks with some people (the guy who killed his family).
So maybe in your area they don't care about allegations 49er, but where I am they take any allegation very serious if it involves the potential safety of children.
Is it really worth taking the chance? I mean really, God forbid they did test it won't go well. I strongly believe you want to enter the courts clean off all compounds because the risk is not worth it. The gear will still be there after your court hearing right ?
