Using Sustanon 250 Mg Every 3 Weeks

Hello everyone, I have secondary hypogonadism and my treatment is 250/21 days but I saw a lot of discussions about it in the forum. Peoples keep telling that 250/3 weeks is a joke and it should've been 100-200/per week but isn't that treatment harrash the liver? I mean this treatment sounds like a liver breaker. I'm living in Turkey and there is only 2 options for TRT; Sustanon and Nebido. So guys please share your experience with me, I'm so desperate right now. I'm 21 years old but still have no beard (a little bit hairy but not that much)

can you share your blood works please so we can see what your blood levels are? and also share your complete cycle history.

Everybody is different in how they react, and what target they are shooting for. Depends, do you want to be high end for a young man, or middle of the road? Do you want to mess around with estrogen control meds?

Somewhere in the 125 to 175 mg/wk would probably set you on a good course, then you could fine tune from there.

When you say 250 per 3 weeks, I'm hoping shot frequency isn't once per three weeks. If you do that you will feel good for a while then like total shit. Split up your doses to every 3.5 days or 5 days tops.

That's what I'm exactly saying, 3 weeks per. Well like I said I'm using it because I'm secondary hypogonadism so I wanna be cured man

If you want to be cured, listen to the above knowledgeable advice. Advocate to split your doses into a more frequent and better shot plan. If taking Sustanon, you need to take it more frequently than once every 3 weeks.

You do NOT know what your talking about when your concerned about liver problems from taking 100-200 mg weekly by injection. Everything is processed through the liver, but injections are far less harsh than orals.

The Nebido has longer esters than Sustanon. If once every three weeks is your only option, go with the Nebido.

Post your blood work if you want a more comprehensive evaluation by the members.

Well my Testosterone blood levels like 440-460. My doctor's check up period is 6 months so I'm giving some blood samples every 6 months, when my injection passes 14 days. So you're saying there is nothing dangerious if I use 100-200 per week? But some friends who got the same disease told me "The sterioid guys playing gambling with their lives because it's messing up with their liver af, the best way is Ovitrelle and that kinda medical supplies, most of the sterioid boys are die because of the cancer"

Oral steroids are very hard on the liver. Injectable test has been around for decades and at therapeutic doses it is pretty safe. It can be tricky. But it's pretty safe.

Smaller but frequent injections lead to less ups and downs. If testosterone was a pain medication this would be like giving you enough pain meds to make you fall asleep and then not giving them to you again until you're in agony and then putting you back to sleep.

The testoserone is bound to an ester and inactive. It isn't active until it has the ester removed by hydrolosis. The lower the total amount the lower the amount being released. 500 mg injection and 1000mg injection. 1/2 life of 10 days. Both injections were a testoserone deposit like a bank account. In 10 day the 500mg deposit will have paid you 250mg of testosterone while the 1000mg deposit will have paid you 500mg. Your big shot has short esters that will pay out quick and longer esters paying out more in the beginning. Over time your payments shrink as your levels lower. More frequent deposits leads to steady pay out.

The "Steroid Boys" aren't fucking around with 100 to 200 mg/wk, unless they are c r u i s i n g. They use much higher doses when "on". Something reasonable like 125 to 175 mg/wk will make you overall much healthier, and won't mess up your liver. There are a host of other things you need to watch out for, but at that dose liver isn't one of them.

Are you sure? I mean you're a bodybuilder and I guess a healthy man so maybe things aren't the same for us? Is there any article or something?

An article for what information?

Injected testosterone not being a major liver burden?

Bodybuilder cycles? Newb cycle is 500mg wk which isnt a high dose for a cycle. On another forum a dude once said "I don't roll the rigs out for less than a gram a week". He did 1,000 mg per week.

What about injectable testosterone do you think is so hard on the liver?

""""""Liver problems

Benign and malignant hepatic tumors, intrahepatic cholestasis, hepatotoxicity, and liver failure have been reported with testosterone replacement therapy.297,298*These unfavorable hepatic effects do not appear to be associated with transdermal or intramuscular injections.""""""""""

The benefits and risks of testosterone replacement therapy: a review

Nazem Bassil, Saad Alkaade, and John E Morley

Directly below that liver problems come from orally active testosterone just like it is all oral steroids due to their structure to survive being eaten and make it into our bloodstream.

I posted this on another thread on this forum, if you read them you'll see it. This is what 200 mg test cyp every 3 weeks looks like for your blood levels.

Sustanon is different, and your dose is 250 E3W, but essentially your blood levels will mirror this. You'll feel good a small percent of the time, mediocre to lousy a bigger percent of the time, and like total shit for a large percent of time.

You need to get your dosing frequency sorted out or you will be on a roller coaster from hell.

If you are worried about your liver, while you are willing to expose your body to hormone fluxes like this, then I suggest you are focusing your concern in the wrong area.

Hey sorry I've been busy for a long time, I just made an appointment with an Andrologist and I think he's gonna offer me HCG treatment because I'm secondary hypogonadism. The only thing is I don't care about fertility so which one is better? TRT or HCG? My LH and FSH is literally 0.1 and my testosterone around 1. So which one can make me happy and feel like a man?

You will feel like a man when your Testosterone level is of an adequate man. This can be accomplished by TRT, A restart with Clomid and Tomoxifin, or possibly by HCG monotherapy. The goal should be to get your body in balance, and have your testosterone at a healthy and sustainable level. How you get there is up to you and your doctor.
