mix vanilla whey with a tiny bit of low fat milk and add cinnamon, SHAKE then add to your bagel or white buns put in the middle and close it so its like a sandwich (make sure its very little milk so it turn out to be a very thick shake. other flavors should work as well, be creative!

i use white buns (made from the same ingredients as a bagel, flour, yeast, sugar, salt) because at my local shop they don't have bagels
