Varicocele and it's quick affect on my body

So I already posted in the trt board I figured I'll try here so I had a bad pain in my left testicle scheduled a doc appt 2 weeks later went and got checked had a grade 2 varicocele lost libido then ed came after it all about 2 weeks later I have surgery coming up Aug 22 doctor thinks I'm not gonna see an increase in testosterone and that it doesn't affect testosterone....i think I'm done for and trt is in my future at 26 what a bunmer...total test was 400 free was 5.5 saw a hormone doc he Said we can try a restart with hcg and clomid after I heal but I hear restarts barely if ever work I've had no gym motivation gained a little fat I sleep and I'm tired all the time I had bad night sweats for a while....anyone have experience with varicoceles?

feel for you bro, whats your cycle history? noone should be on trt at age 26 hope you get better.

Ever cycled just ended up with a varicocele

I really think you had varicocele from like your 15 it might have gotten worst especially if you smoke

Yeah and i think i have lower test too i will also try a good pct and inform you later in august if i have any increase.
