Ira, take your index finger and put it on the head of your femur and put your thumb on the top of your pelvis. The fleshy muscle down near the web of your fingers is the vetro glute.
a ventro gluteal injection is an advanced injection spot.. i seriously wouldn't inject there unless youre experienced with injections in the first place..
just do delts or glutes...
i enjoy doing quads, but there is a trial and error factor there to find the best spot (ive hit a blood vessel here and there)
If you can't see it, don't inject it... has always been my motto
This ^^^ good on both points.
Well I differ in the fact that as I became more experienced I don't have to see the point of injections. I know the proximity and then I can flex to feel the muscle and then stab it.
I hate Quads. Never could find my point on my left Quad. I always hit nerves and big vessels. So i just stay away from My Quads. Delts, pecs, vent glute, glutes to n bottom. That's plenty for me. I only look at my vent glute injections. The rest I can do blind.
If you can't see it, don't inject it...
I basically make a pistol with my hand and inject within the triangle that forms.

OK ^^ good I guess but once I have found where it is, within a 1/2" to maybe 3/4" inch circle, just flex , it will stand out or at least you'll feel it. Then stab it ! For me (only I guess) I don't need the pistol location finding or really anything. As I mentioned the only place I look is the Vent area just to locate the little circle area then flex.
I think most experienced people can and does this.
I dont make a pistol anymore and I dont measure out quadrants on my ass anymore either lol.
But this cycle I have done hundreds of pins since I'm doing ED. Dont have time for all the little fuss, like you say, just stab it and push the plunger.
Seriously it took 3 minutes if that long. Opening my safe combo was almost the most time.
