Hey, thanks guys!!! Your information is very helpful and reassuring. I'm going to reduce or go off the B12 shots for a bit and see if that helps. If not then try lowering the HGH.
I am 62 and yes, this is my first cycle ever. Before the last few months, I had not worked out or done any real exercize for over 10 years. I have been on test. replacement therapy for 10 years and before that my test. level was low normal.
I worked my butt off for 3 years in the late 90's (in my late 40's) with a trainer 3 or 4 times a week and found it very difficult to put on lean muscle. In late Nov. of 2012 I asked my internist if I could please switch to weekly injections instead of using Androgel daily, which again, only brought my test. level to low normal. I did 200 mg a week of test. cip. injections for just a few weeks before I decided to go on my first cycle, which started Jan. 2. It is unbelievable, but I already have what took me years to get before!! My God test (and proper nutrition) will put on the muscle. It helps that I have stayed ripped since November so I can easily see the results. I have to admit, though, that this time I have put proper nutrition and protein intake as much of a priority as working out. I know that some of my fast results have been from programming my muscle years ago, I would imagine. I am also genetically blessed with large biceps and HUGE calves, 16.5 inchers!!! They are so big and hard that many people think they must be implants!! My dad had them and his mom had them, too.
Interestinly, on Dec 28 1 I made a mistake in my cip. dosage and gave myself a 600 mg injection. I was visiting my bestt friend, in Houston for five days, who is an expert on body building, and ate right and worked out right for 5 days. When I got home I weighed myself and was shocked to see I had put on 10 lbs.!! My waist size stayed the same!! I have lost about 5 lbs of that since, because I caught a terrible cold or flu, which lasted the past 3 weeks. But I'm feeling better now, and look forward to putting weight back on.
