very low test at 30

Most primaries don't prescribe right doses even if they will prescribe it. You'll start out with gels, patches etc. Of course you got the issues of others comming in contact with the gels too. It didn't do any good for me anyways. You finally work up to injectabiles
But never level your bodies need. Primary physicians think injectables stay active for 3-4 weeks at maxium levels. Hell, mine just does the one general test as long as your above 200
He doesn't want to mess with anything. He knows I have a good understanding of how I react when levels are good but in one ear and out the other. From others I have talked to just having a primary that percsribes is a miracle! It only took me a year to get him to let me do my own injections. I think his nurses were blocking that since it keeps em busy. Your better of finding a more reliable source for proper treatment. It shouldn't be this hard to get help or expensive! Sorry about your troubles.

Visited my parents today and my mother brings me a letter that was delivered on the 22nd to her address. I have no idea why it went to her address ive been getting all of my paperwork from my HMO to my house for the past two years.

Anyway, not expecting much i open it and find a refferal to a Endo through my insurance. I have conflicting paperwork that states lab results are normal and no further action is needed. I will schedule with the endo just to see what his master plan is. If its gel, patches, or monthy injections i will follow through with private care. Maybe i will get lucky and get a scrip for test cip?

Anyone experience anything like this before?

I got the ball rolling with IMT. All I need is a current physical exam and im GTG. The staff is friendly, i recommend everyone give them a call.

Just wanted to give an update since i started with IMT. I could not be happier. Its amazing how a little testosterone can boost a guy up. I have my energry, sex drive, and strength up. Im slowly making my way back to my max effort weights.

I would say i got my dosage schedule nailed down. I got labs after 5 weeks and achieved a testosterone level of 1179 and estrodial at 25 pg/ml. Recovery from a brutal day in the gym is very quick.old injuries are fading away as well.

And lastly, i knocked my girlfriend up! Musta been from all those moring noon and night erections!

DAMN! Those are ROCK SOLID results man! This is why I can wholeheartedly recommend their services after reading success stories like this. Congratulations on the little one, they are definitely life changers. :D

Great results, better living through chemistry. What is your dosage to get those levels and how old if I may ask? EDIT: duh, age is in the thread title, lost sight of that.

Dosage is 200mg testosterone split into two shots. One on wednesday morning and another saturday afternoon. Along with each test shot i take .5mg anastrozol (adex). I also take 250iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) the days prior to testosterone.

4 needle pricks a week but im getting used to it.

Ive gained about 7 pounds eating clean low cals attempting to cut body fat. Hope i level out and lose so fat the mass i gained back has made me buy new clothes.

I'm doing basically the same, though only split my 200mg into two shots recently, so don't know where that will put me a trough yet. I suspect it will be similiarly high though. I gained about 10 lbs in the first 6 weeks eating clean and training hard - lost fat around the middle too. Pretty close to magic.

My blood test was taken on a wednesday morning. I skipped the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) on the day before to try and get true values. The results were fasted 3.5 days after a 100mg shot.

Drink white and green tea, studies show it can keep your testosterone free floating in you bloodstream as much as 30%. Holding on to your natural testosterone instead of excreting through the urine is probably the best way to "Increase " test naturally. I am personally on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and have tried other ways and most were just misleading at best. I a new guy and learning so much from these others on this, listen and become educated. There's a lot of knowledge here. It's just my opinion.... someone want to pipe in ?

Thanks for the green and white tea suggestion. I'm 31 and just had a blood test to determine my testosterne levels and they were at 288 ng/dl which is crazy low for someone as active and young as me. Currently waiting to see an endocrinologist.

285 is normal if you're 80 years old. That's the problem with that "range" of 285-1200 to be called normal. If you're a man in his 40's I dont think you should be on the low end of normal. Not with something like Testosterone where it reduces gradually as you age. I went to a urologist who said my 310 was normal. It's more about how you feel than the number. I'm sure there are some people who feel great at 285. But you're not one of them. So it sucks that you have to go to a Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) clinic which isn't covered by insurance. You're low energy, bad mood, and low libido are diagnosed as "depression" and treated with anti depressants and covered by insurance. But from what you said while on an Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) its the Test number thats causing these things, not depression. So you'll gain weight, which will increase your cholesterol, blood pressure, sugar numbers, etc. and they'll cover meds for those conditions, but not Test which will most likely eliminate the need for all the other meds. Crazy.

Good to read an opinion similar to mine. I'm 31 with a level of 288 for my first test (3 weeks ago), just had bloodwork done today so I'll know my results by tomorrow. If it's still low, wait a few months to see an endocrinologist. If it's normal (500+ at least in my opinion for my age), consider a cycle.

Still going strong boys. I'm crushing the weights and with that gaining weight. I'm now 216 eating around 2300-2500 calories daily. Recovery is amazing and even when I'm sore I still want to go to the gym.

I think I'm going to get full blood work done rather than just the female panel. I'm interested in seeing my thyroid function, ifg1, free test, and shbg. I would like to lose 25 pounds if I could. I seem to be carrying all my weight in the love handles. Chest, traps, triceps all look great. It all goes to hell down below!

My work schedule changes first week of July and that will force me to train in the mornings or not train at all. Will see if that helps.

There is a new Amino Acid blend from IMT, I love it.

It is:

Arginine

Lysine

Glutamine

Ornithine

It will help with ammonia build up and decrease fatigue from the massive surge in NO from testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). May help stimulate GH too :) I would look into something like that. Everyone I know taking the right amounts of injectable Amino Acids are very satisfied with the results.
