Alright, I know the protocal that people like myself who have been uncommitted to the gym their entire lives get blasted on forums because juicing is stupid unless you have built up your maximum natural base, but my situation is a little different and I've done a lot of research on what I should be using.
I realize AAS is just a small part of it and a tool, but I need all the help I can get!
Here is the deal. I'm not a bodybuilder, I'm a 31 year old actor, and I have 5 months to completely transform my body for an acting job in an independant film. I don't need to become huge, but I have the typical lazy skinny fat body. My face is a little pudgy, neck chest and arm, legs thin. A little bit of bloat in the belly.
I worked out and ate well for one period of time in my life for 6 months years back, and I saw good results, but I simply need more and much faster.
My goals: I'd like larger arms, chest, shoulders, neck and carrying less fat in my face and stomach.
I don't want to be huge. Just a little more ripped and bigger in the right places.
I have seen people make such transformations on single cycles of AAS on Test and have done a lot of research. Quite simply: I will get to my goals lot quicker and more easily on Test than I will without it. Time is my obstacle here.
I don't need people to tell me not to do it because I've already thought long and hard about it, and have decided 100% to do it. This acting job means a lot to my career.
I've already bought my gear after a lot of research.
My first cycle is as follows:
(I've decided to keep it simple)
12 weeks Test Enanthate. (I have enough for 15 weeks in case I need to make adjustments)
Week 1: 1 G Front Load
Weeks 2-12: 500 mg
Aromasin 10mg every 3 days if needed
Clomid/Nolva PCT
I feel my body should respond very fast because not only will I have the AAS, but also the benefit of eating better + the quick positive change everyone gets after just beginning to work out.
This is very important to me so I plan on being 100% committed at the gym and with my diet.
In order to attain my goals, which are not to be huge, but bigger in the right places, a little leaner, and overall prettier and more chisled, I was wondering if some of the vets in here could help me out as far as advice in terms of diet and in the gym.
Thanks for any help in advance.
