I could always handle the congestion it's the 36 hour headache I couldn't stand.

There isn't any good reason to do that. These drugs hit a point where your dick is as hard as it is going to be, and increased dosages only work to increase side effects.

I took some Viagra last night. And Ibuprofen. And oral decongestants (pseedoephedrine). Took it a few hours after getting a somewhat fatty lunch (hamburgers, fresh corn with butter) which concerned me because fat can slow the absorption. But the Viagra worked fairly quickly, giving me both a hard-on and a nose with which I could not breath. Fuck I hate the stuffy nose thing.

that's probably because you aren't taking enough. I need three mls minimum which is the equivalent of about 30 pumps. I was in mexico and took the 100 mg tabs and it was out of control, 50 was too little but 75 was just right for me.
