So I went to GNC and all they had was this tiny stupid bottle of b5... Everyone says take 5g a day for maintenance and 10g during breakout.. that would be TWENTY pills a day during breakout.. that 13.00 bottle wouldn't last me any time at all..

Do you guys really spend this much money just to prevent acne?? Each capsule was 500mg.. and I don't remember how many were in the bottle maybe 100? 150?? So during breakout that bottle would only last me a few days!!

I've got to be missing something here.

ALSO any and I mean ANY ways to prevent acne from testosterone PLEASE inform me. I was EXTREMELY prone to acne as a teen.

Acne on AAS is cause by a few things. Hormone changes for myself. That's why it's best to keep levels stable. Like EOD or ED protocol.

Also keeping E2 in check will prevent acne. B5 is a tool I have never had to use.

A blueprint of your blood is all you need to figure out your ideal E2.

Some people have no choice. I know guys who have acne all over there back but never had a pimple in there younger years.... This same guys have never heard of an AI ;)

Yup, but I was the other way around, all throughout my youth I had acne on my back like I was the boogie man, but now in my latter years my back sparkles clean like Michael Phelps back after swimming a few laps around the pool. AND about your diet what you eat males a big difference. Avoid all processed foods, eat real organic natural foods and make sure to include plenty of fats in your diet like avocados, raw milk and coconut oil to name a few. Those sugars in those canned drinks will also trigger your acne so say aloha to those. Nothing better than water, shakes sweetened with natural sweeteners and natural juices to keep your thirst quenched and as good as those snickers bars or any candy bar are for pre-workout energy kick them to the curb. Dont ever forget that your body is naturally kicking out all that poison from itself to defend itself so the less processed foods you ingest the less acne you'll have. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it , good luck and keep up updated :)

I don't think B5 will help as much as u think for acne if u are prone to it.

Like others said, steroid acne caused by 2 major factors: High E2, Hormone Fluc.

Keep ur AI in check at all times and run long ester stuff compared to shorter ones. Pin E3D, even for TRT instead of shooting once every 2 weeks or once a week.

Diet does have some effect on acne, for me, I have eaten clean food, removed dairy ect.. for a long time, but acne still kept coming back.

Only accutane solved it for me tbh.

If anything, I would say work with Zinc in higher dosages. Not exactly sure how it helps, but it effects hormones and I've heard decent results from it. I know it can be a test booster in a weak form.

Recent research shows people with acne have lower levels of zinc than people with clear skin and zinc kills acne causing bacteria. Also bacteria will not develop resistance to zinc. Zinc also reduces inflammatory response to bacteria and Zinc reduces keratinocyte activation.

Load up on foods high in Zink like beef, veal liver, cooked oysters, spinach and an array of nuts like pumpkin, cashew and squash to name a few. See how it goes and for sure stay away from all processed foods and artificial drinks.
