thanks for your guys imputs . I realy dont care to much about taste I just hate paying extra or going out of my way to get somthing thats gonna waste my time. I only drank protein shakes for a few cycles. My friends screw with me about it when i didnt saying I was wasting potential even though I was bigger than them. All I did was eat a ton of chicken , fish mainly tuna, and other meats and high protein foods . Doing just that I got realy good solid gains but now im starting to get a little older it seems harder now even though im only 26. God i wish i was a teen again
And I am starting my bulk cycle as soon as I get some "suplements" so I realy want a quality protein.
