I cannot speak for taste because I have never tried it, but I can say they make good quality products in terms of label claims.

VW is a huge company, you do not have to question their ingredients. They may have samples you can try, to see if you like the flavor

thanks for your guys imputs . I realy dont care to much about taste I just hate paying extra or going out of my way to get somthing thats gonna waste my time. I only drank protein shakes for a few cycles. My friends screw with me about it when i didnt saying I was wasting potential even though I was bigger than them. All I did was eat a ton of chicken , fish mainly tuna, and other meats and high protein foods . Doing just that I got realy good solid gains but now im starting to get a little older it seems harder now even though im only 26. God i wish i was a teen again :) And I am starting my bulk cycle as soon as I get some "suplements" so I realy want a quality protein.

i would say always get at least one shake in. mainly after workout... very quick digestion to rebuild mucle

now that your doing a bulk.. i would say get in 3 daily. one before breakfast.. one after workout. one caisen before bed.

add carb drink pre workout as well.

eat min. of 4 meals a day.

i have 3-4 a day (1 casine before bed the rest whey) and 3-5 other meals inbetween
but 2 ed would be good.
I dont eat meat thow so I take in more whey then you would prob need.
 
I am currently drinking about 200 grams a day of Lipotropic Protein...kind of obvious I dont have to pay for it...isnt it? :D
