I am a 23 year old male...gay..none the least and i sound like a girl whenever i talk on the phone, everything thinks i am a female and sometimes when i call a patient to come back to my room, they will even say yes mam........sad i know....

I want my voice to go deeper. I am overweight and just started hitting the gym two weeks ago with 30 mins of cardio everyday and weights three times a week, I want to know if there are any supplements, shots, or anything i can take that will deepen the sound of my voice. Please help me out. I am self consceince enough...this would be great to fix this.

Not saying you're being disingenuous but when you volunteer that you're gay, and it's irrelevant, you come across as a troll.

Anyway, people's voices continue to deepen as they age, but you have your voice depth established essentially after you pass thru adolescence.

Women who abuse steroids end up w/a deeper voice, but as a man, you're testosterone is going to enlarge/lengthen/whatever your vocal cords. If it hasn't happened at 23; I would suspect you may be screwed. I've heard this about voices: you can make a voice lower but not higher.
 
If you're asking if taking AAS will make your voice deeper, then from my experience -- yes, it will. I'm currently taking my largest dose of testosterone in a cycle (600mg EW) and I've noticed my voice has definitely gotten deeper and stronger in the last four weeks. There's no guarantee you would have the same results.

One thing that also influences the pitch of your voice is your body fat content. The fatter your neck, the more restricted your vocal chords. Losing weight, alone, might contribute significantly to deepening your voice.
 
Older mens voices tend to become more higher pitched due to hormonal changes. Higher amounts of testosterone will cause the vocal folds to grow over time which is also the reason males voices deepen during puberty.

The only thing correct in your statement is that testosterone causes a male's vocal chords to grow during puberty.

You cannot (unless there's surgery done if that's a possibility), make a voice higher. A man could lose all his male hormones and his voice would NOT get higher. Testicles might shrink, but not vocal cords. Men and women's voices tend to get deeper as they age also.

From a more layman's standpoint on this board; a rhetorical question: are there guys who can attest to their voice being higher when their estrogen levels were very high and/or their testosterone very low because their hormones are naturally or "synthetically" jacked?

Many people I know have told me my voice has deepened since starting test. Personally, I like it better.
 
test may help but take Aromatase inhibitor (AI) so it dosent backfire
