I do bis and tris on 1 day then when I do back I hit bi again,chest day I hit tris , on combo days I go lighter then on arm day, blow em up may says bis and tris for the guys

i keep arguing with my new training partner . he only trained 2 or 3 other times for 2 weeks @ a time before these 4 weeks with me & thinks he knows EVERYTHING . its frustrating ! anyways he wants to throw in extra arm days all the time but were tired and our arms are getting tired/sore a little from all the mass moves . our workout is a power program something like you do TAD69 and the other big guys .
IM JUST GOING TO LET HIS STUBBERN ASS DO HIS EXTRA ARM STUFF , FOLLOW YOUR BIG GUYS INSTRUCTIONS AND I BET HE GETS HURT/ARTHRITIS/DOESNT GROW LIKE ME & @ THE SAME TIME ILL KEEP FOLLOWIING YOUR ADVISE AND GET HUGE , LOL!!!
