waking up late

Sup guys

ok heres question for the guys who have building exp........at the mo im im training naturally.i wake up about 12 - 2pm.......still have a good diet.....i go gym around 830 pm........does waking up late .but still being on a good routine effect my training......and im gonna go on a cycle in about a month of sus and dbol......if i wake up around that time .will the dboll still be effect i was reading a article about the dbol bridge.....so does any 1 have any input....thanks
 
I think that so long as your awake enough hours to get enough food in you should be fine....The other factor is why are you waking up at 2pm??? partying all night and gretting drunk if so Then yes it could effect your training.... If its because you work night shift well then it's cool.... Just make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep eat well and train hard.....Personally I have the best workouts in the morning and I find I'm hungry all day long with am workouts!!!!!!
 
i started running in the morning for 30-40 min...(not "running" but on a machine, glider type...i have bad knees:( still a good cardio and good sweat) anyway... i was gonna do it once in a while, but im addicted to it and if i don't, my day isn't as good... i guess the point of this is that i try to go to sleep at 9 9:30, but usually can't fall asleep until 10 10:30... and im getting up at 5... i try and make up a little on the weekends, usually sleep 10 hours... but not always, somtimes like 8 hours cause i get up at 10 or so to run....
ok well im rambling and tired so this is related to the thread because of the sleep shit...

no i dont drink or do drugs just smoke ciggs sometimes ........i work nights u seee i go to sleep around 5 6 am...........so u r saying when im on my cycle as long as i have good sleep eat and train right ......... the time u wake up doesnt matter? thanks
 
i sleep late and get up late !
as long as you get 8 hours of sleep and atleast 5 meals a day and train hard for 1 hour a day minimum 3 times a week,you will grow bro.

it's almost 8am and i'm still awake... just sitting around... lol. i usually wake up at like 4:30, it's 8 hours and i eat like a horse, and i am growing ALOT right now. 10 pounds in a week
 
Soonbebig bro drop the ciggs.....Aside from the health reasons it decreases your appetite....Plus it stinks!!!! Good luck brotha
