i've been working out for 3 year (on and off)
i'm 5' 9-10"
200 lbs
34 inch waist (wish it was 31)
i guess what i wanna know is how i can get bigger and lose weight at the same time.
people tell me that you can't and well....
i guess i don't wanna beleive it.
so.....
any how my real question is can some one give me a good routin to help me get gains and slim down a little?
