Want to bulk_HELP!

Ok so I've never used aas. Haven't trained consistently in 1.5 yrs. I have to lose about 10 lbs of fat & want to get my muscle back from hard training before I stopped. I'm guessing w/in about 6 months I should be where I'd like naturally.

I would like to bulk up a bit more as it is so hard for me to get plump muscle bellies (if that makes any sense). I am considering anavar, but see that it is used (w/ proper diet & training) to cut up. I just want to bulk up. I can loose the fat naturally. I just don't want to waste a cycle on cutting when my goal is to gain. I just want to cycle ONE TIME. I think that I can achieve desireable goals w/ that.

Which aas is best/amount/duration?

Welcome Aboard ! :wavey:

What are your stats ? age/height/ weigtht

As per what you're saying you want to loose 10 lbs of fat, but just want to bulk up now ? and haven't trained consistently for 1.5 years ?

I think you should really focus on your diet & trainning, working on these two elements can make you achieve your goals.
You're gonna have to loose fat in order to build Lean muscle, (MUSCLE does not turn into FAT and FAT does not turn into MUSCLE)

Remember, If you want to bulk up you must consume more calories, controlling your caloric intake/ trainning is what will make you grow..If you are not trainning consistenlty AAS will not do you any good.

Good Luck with your goals !

Thanks for your reply. I am 30 yrs, 5'5" 150 lbs. My bodyfat is probably 20-25% at the moment.

I have trained pretty hard in the past and just cant seem to break a certain muscle size. I overtrained for a while there and got an injury, then moved out of town, moved back, etc..

Finally, I am getting back. I jog 5 miles 3 times a wk, but this is all I do (I have jogged regularly for the past 15 yrs) I do have some extra fat to tend to before I can expect to put on muscle and I have to strengthen my tendons etc before going to heavy. This is why I would like to give myself 6 months to prepare before begining aas.

I want to know as much as I can about how anavar (or a more suitable aas) can help me gain muscle. I know my training will be different compared to training naturally as well as my diet for bulking. So I just want to be prepared for what type of regimine/aas I should follow to achieve my goals.

In the past I was 155 at 12% bf and just couldn't get my shoulders to grow as well as certain quad muscles. I push myself pretty hard and just want to go 1 step further but don't know how. I've noticed a lot of women use anavar mostly to get lean, but I know how to do this w/ diet & excercise. HOW DO I BULK w/ anavar or a better alternative? :dunno:
Thank you!

Welcome!
If your goal is to build muscle, you need high protein and to LIFT weights.

Since you have never cycled before, a low dose of anavar (5-10mg/day) for 6-8 weeks would be beneficial. But remember you will more than likely put on some fat and water with the muscle.

Anavar, or any other AAS should only be used to build muscle and get bigger. Not to cut or get lean.

Post up your diet

I think it is a good idea to train for the next 6 months then add the anavar in. Let me know if you need anything else.
